FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Our personal host/provider connects with various other providers where we obtain top models at very favorable conditions.
This is the maximum total number of tokens your key can issue in model responses (output). It is calculated as a percentage (by default, 6%) of the total token supply in the batch — that is, the initial amount plus any replenishments. Only model response tokens are consumed; your input tokens (prompts) are not included in the output limit. Consumption is calculated based on the actual request history of the key. When the output limit is exhausted, requests for the key are rejected. To continue, replenish tokens: the output limit will increase proportionally along with the batch. This prevents abuse by generating excessively long responses — the bulk of the token supply is allocated for working with context, while a limited portion is allocated for the output itself. The current output limit and the portion spent are visible in your personal account.
Right after payment your dashboard shows a fresh API key in the form sk-fp-.... Drop it into Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, any OpenAI-compatible SDK or curl. Token limit and the list of allowed models are defined by the bundle you bought.
Yes, the ruble price is final and does not float at checkout. The dollar amount next to it is informational, computed via the current Central Bank rate. Payment provider fees are already included in the bundle price.
Yes. On checkout pick "Top up existing key", paste your sk-fp-... key and pay. The token and/or image quota of the new bundle is added to the current key's remaining balance. The TTL and the list of allowed models are not changed.
In accordance with our Public Offer, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Claude (Anthropic) models are provided solely for development and coding purposes. Use of these models for any other purpose is prohibited. If misuse of Claude models is detected, the Service reserves the right to block the API key without compensation for any unused tokens.
The API supports Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Kilo Code, Cline, Continue, OpenClaw and many other clients.
This isn't a bug. LLMs can make mistakes when identifying themselves—that's how they're trained. The correct model is provided in the model field of the API response, so trust it.
